Ingredients
4 salmon fillets, skin on
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha
1 teaspoon honey or lime juice
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
2. Place salmon fillets on the sheet. Drizzle with oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
3. Bake for 12–15 minutes until almost done.
4. Mix mayo, chili sauce, sriracha, and honey in a bowl.
5. Spoon sauce over salmon and bake 2–3 more minutes.
6. Garnish with scallions or sesame seeds if desired.
7. Serve with rice, veggies, or in a bowl.
Notes
Adjust sriracha to taste for more or less heat.
Great for leftovers use in tacos, wraps, or bowls.
