1 cup fruit or mix-ins
Instructions
1. Blend cottage cheese, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
2. Add fruit or mix-ins and pulse briefly.
3. Pour into container and freeze 2–4 hours.
4. Scoop and serve.
Notes
For extra creaminess, use full-fat cottage cheese.
Experiment with chocolate chips, nut butter, or crushed cookies.
